Edward H. Justice, beloved father and grandfather passed away peacefully on February 22, 2014 in Colorado Springs, CO. He was born in Stewartsville, North Carolina, March 31, 1935, sixteenth of nineteen children born to the late Joseph and Mary Justice.
Edward retired from 20 years of service in the US Army. He was awarded the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star for serving in Korea and Viet Nam.
He leaves behind two sons, Edward Justice of Lakewood, Colorado; William Justice of Colorado Springs, Colorado; grandchildren, Kenneth, Brooke, Rachel and Jarratt; as well as a host of friends in his fellowship who helped support him in his twenty-five years of sobriety.
Services will be held on Sunday, March 2, 2014 at 1:00 p.m., at Swan-Law Funeral Directors, 501 North Cascade Avenue, Colorado Springs. Celebration of Life will follow at the Westside First Wesleyan, 502 N. Walnut Street, Colorado Springs at 3:00pm. . Private Inurnment will be in Ft. Logan National Cemetery, Denver, CO.
