To the Morey Family: I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Morey. I fondly remember meeting him. He had some great stories! It was apparent after meeting him and knowing Kirsten that he lived a brilliant life filled with adventure and had a beautiful family. As you move through this difficult time, may your love for one another and memories bring you comfort. Hugs, prayers and love sent your way.

A fixture at our mailbox and a godsend to my parents in the winter with his life-saving snow-blower, Ed Morey was iconically Longfellow-friendly as our dearly departed mail guy Dewey.
A dear kind man, loving dad and neighborly neighbor, he will be sadly missed on Hesperus Drive and deeply in the hearts of his family.
For them especially: Mrs. Morey, Kirstin and Shelagh, I am so sorry.

I was so very sorry to hear this news. Your Dad was an icon growing up in Longfellow. I remember so many occasions that our families shared- birthdays, holidays, dinners. I remember his peanut soup! Mostly I remember that he ADORED you girls, and kept all of us cracking up when we were together. Please let me know if there's anything I can do for Wed or Thursday. Love to all of you, xoxoxo

Geri, It will be the little things that that we all remember about Ed, the smiles, and the laughter. And although it may seem hard right now, it will be the memories of these little things that help to push away the pain and bring the smiles back again. With loving memories...... Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you. But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain. Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
