I just learned of Ed's passing. My sincere condolences to Peggy and Jeffrey. I worked with Ed at IBM for many years. He was a great friend, a wonderful and brilliant co-worker, and such a unique and funny guy. Oh, what fun we had those years! Peggy, I remember you as such a sweet and gentle lady. I always joked with Ed telling him he didn't deserve you. Jeffrey (maybe you are Jeff now as an adult) but from the time you were a baby Ed talked with such pride and joy about his Jeffrey. Although I left Nashville many years ago and lost touch with Ed, I will love him always as my friend and will always admire and miss him. Rest In Peace, my friend.

I have many fond memories of working with Ed at the State and seeing him at Mensa events, especially the road trips he organized to the Biltmore and the Walking Horse Hotel. He will be missed.

Ed and I were close friends at IBM. We would always have lunch together and talk about the various websites we would visit. I am going to miss Ed but I know he is in a better place. My condolences to Peggy and Jeff.
