Eileen Perkins Obituary

Eileen Perkins, 89, of Harvard passed away March 29, 2015 at Maple Crest Nursing Home in Belvidere.
She was born December 24, 1925 in Belvidere to Duane and Iva (Nash) Skagen. Eileen worked at Harvard Hospital for almost 47 years before retiring in 2012. She enjoyed square dancing and traveling. She was also a faithful contributor to Veterans Affairs Associations and other charitable organizations.
Eileen is survived by her son, Jeff Perkins. She was preceded in death by her son, Rick Perkins.
There will be a Memorial Mass celebrated at 11am on Thursday, April 9 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 206 E. Front St., Harvard.
