Obituary

Eladio "R.B" Rubira II – loving husband and father, a native and resident of Mobile and former longtime resident of Birmingham, AL passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2013. He retired from Western Supermarkets in Birmingham as a Vice President after 24 years of service. He then returned to Mobile and worked as a real estate agent for LLB&B Realtors. He was a Vietnam veteran of the United States Army, was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, and served on the Board of Magnolia Cemetery. Eladio "R.B" Rubira II – loving husband and father, a native and resident of Mobile and former longtime resident of Birmingham, AL passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2013. He retired from Western Supermarkets in Birmingham as a Vice President after 24 years of service. He then returned to Mobile and worked as a real estate agent for LLB&B Realtors. He was a Vietnam veteran of the United States Army, was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, and served on the Board of Magnolia Cemetery.
Mr. Rubira was preceded in death by his parents, Eladio Rubira and Mary Louise Jones Rubira, and brother, Ricardo Rubira. He is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years, Nita Dearman Rubira; cherished daughter, Lisa Rubira Hanlin; brother, Marcos Rubira; sister, Maria R. Carpenter (Danny) other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held in Magnolia Cemetery on Monday, December 30, 2013, at 2 p.m. Flowers will be accepted, but memorial donations may be made to the .
