Obituary

Elaine Caroline Hrycenko passed away on June 3, 2014 at her home in Spokane Valley, WA. She was born in Mandan, ND on July 6, 1939 to Peter and Celestine (Deutch) Hagel. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers; one sister and husband, Bill Hrycenko. Elaine is survived by her two sons, Jerry and Tim; two brothers, Larry and Dick Hagel; four sisters, Virginia Robinson, Rose Harrington, Monica Hensrud and Tina Grinnel and several grandchildren. She worked as a waitress in Sandpoint, ID and operated an adult-care home in Spokane. She enjoyed fishing, her many friends and especially her grandchildren. A viewing will be...
Elaine Caroline Hrycenko passed away on June 3, 2014 at her home in Spokane Valley, WA. She was born in Mandan, ND on July 6, 1939 to Peter and Celestine (Deutch) Hagel.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers; one sister and husband, Bill Hrycenko.

Elaine is survived by her two sons, Jerry and Tim; two brothers, Larry and Dick Hagel; four sisters, Virginia Robinson, Rose Harrington, Monica Hensrud and Tina Grinnel and several grandchildren.

She worked as a waitress in Sandpoint, ID and operated an adult-care home in Spokane. She enjoyed fishing, her many friends and especially her grandchildren.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2014 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Hazen & Jaeger Valley Funeral Home, 1306 N. Pines Rd, Spokane Valley with a Celebration of Elaine's Life on Friday, June 13, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. in the Funeral Home's Colonial Chapel with Chaplain Manny Denning officiating.

Private burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, Spokane.
