Elaine Maxine Johnson

January 25, 1924 - December 4, 2017

Elaine Johnson, age 93 of Muskegon, passed away on December 4, 2017. Elaine served as an LPN for many years, working with the hospital downtown and later with Dr. Wallace for over 10 years. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting, cooking, and ceramics. Elaine was a woman of devout faith, and was a member of Wolf Lake Baptist for over 30 years. She was preceded in death by her husband Earl, and daughter Laura. She is survived by her children: Sue (Denny) Yoder, Chris (Nadine) Johnson, Cheri (Tom) Bourne; 8 grandchildren; Many great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Thursday, December 7, 2017, at 4:00pm at Ever Rest Funeral Home and Chapel. Rev. Burt Watcher will officiate. The family will greet visitors from 2:00-4:00pm. Burial will take place in Egelston Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to The ALS Association.
