Services will be held at BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1985 S. TAYLOR RD., CLEVELAND HTS., Tuesday, July 17 at 11:30 AM. Interment Bet Olam Cemetery (Park Synagogue section).
