Sister Elizabeth Ann Schmidt, ASC, 85, born February 19, 1931, the daughter of Marcus and Mary (Supper) Schmidt, entered eternal life on Tuesday, November 22, 2016. Sister Elizabeth professed her vows on July 1, 1947. Sr. Elizabeth Ann retired as a Primary Grade School Teacher and a Teacher of Learning Disabled Students. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters Alice, Evelyn, and Delphine, ASC, brothers: John, Richard, Leroy, Arnold. Survivors include her sister Marjorie Schmidt, brother Joseph (Sharon) Schmidt of Hanover, KS; several nieces, nephews and Sisters of the ASC Community.
Welcoming of the Body: 2:00 p.m., Wake service at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 27; Mass of Christian Burial: 10:30 a.m. Monday, November 28, all services will be held at the Chapel of the New Covenant, Adorers of the Blood of Christ, Wichita Center, 1165 southwest Blvd. Interment at the Community Cemetery of the Adorers of the Blood of Christ, Wichita. A memorial has been established for the retirement of Sisters, ASC. 1165 Southwest Blvd., Wichita, KS 67213.
