Elizabeth (Lombard) Davis, 93, passed away Jan.5, 2018 at Del Webb Memorial Hospital in Sun City West. She had been a resident at the Madison on N. Spanish Garden Dr. in sun City West since May 2016. Previously she and her husband, Calvin resided in their home on W. Tartan Dr. Sun City West. Elizabeth "Betty" was born in Springfield, Mass. on June 15, 1924 to Winthrop K. Jr. and Achsah (Mac Intryre) Lombard. Betty is survived by her husband of 69 years, Calvin Hiram Davis currently living in Surprise, AZ; son, Charles Calvin Davis and wife, Perla from Abiquiu, NM; daughter, Diane Elizabeth Duck and husband, Bob from Alpine, CA; and son, Gary Steven Davis and wife Laura from Pagosa Springs, CO. Betty had been a member of National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, Estrella Chapter. Her talents were many, she was an accomplished artist in watercolor, oils and acrylics. She loved painting, playing the organ and was an embroideress. She was a beloved wife, mother, aunt, community volunteer and friend. She made birthdays and holidays very special occasions for family and friends. Betty always saw the best in people, had a heart that forgave the worst, a mind that forgot the bad and a soul that never lost faith in God. Funeral Services will be held 10AM Friday, January 26, 2018 at the Sunland Memorial Park & Mortuary, 15826 Del Webb Blvd, Sun City, AZ.
