Brett,Andre, Rachel and family, I met Ann once when she and my favorite uncle Harold, appeared at my door in South Carolina. As the oldest of the Abadie cousins, I never had the plesure of knowing you younger cousins. Your Mon and Dad were special. I'm sure God will grant you the graces necessary to remember them and your brother with fond memories. Keep the faith! Our prayers and thoughts are with you at this time.

Ann was always a vivacious person. We had known one another practically all our lives because she lived next door to the Ropers on Oak Lane and we lived where Southern Spice Restaurant is.. Also, her dad was an excellent house painter, and my dad, Walter Denton, owned Lake Paint & Wallpaper Co. across from the Charleston Hotel where Mr. Breaux bought most of his paint. Ann and I in the 70's took needlework lessons together. She was always laughing and having a good time. I know you will all miss her!

Ann was one of those people for whom I have the fondest of high school memories. I enjoyed visiting with her at the class reunion in about 2008. I am saddened to hear of her passing.

Andre and Brett. I had the honor of knowing both your Mom and Dad. I worked with your Dad in the 1970's at La. Savings. I met your Mom and all of you boys back then. Your Mom was an inspiration to me through my life.
She never backed down and never gave up. I know she probably already rearranging heaven and laughing her special laugh. My prayers and thoughts are with all of you..

The sadness we feel over Ann's death reminds us all of Harold's and Jaime's premature deaths which linger to this day. The sister and brothers of Harold have all expressed their sadness and that Ann's life will be remembered. Lois and I will always remember to pray for Ann, Harold, and Jaime as well as for Brett, Andre, Rachel, and Brennan.
Love always, Uncle Leo and Aunt Lois
