I think about you constantly
Your words still whispers in the trees
Your heart was blessed and so is mine
Because I loved you for some time
You were the closest one to me
My best friend you will always be
Your soul was set free in that time of death
But my heart was shattered the day you left
I miss you every single day
I guess all that im tryin to say
Is thank you for all that you were to me
I love you nana! RIP

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. It is sad to see the last of my parents siblings pass. I know the loss of our parents is difficult but that is life.

I have so many wonderful memories of my Dear Aunt Dot. She spent a lot of time with me when I was a child. I have a photo that she took of me when I was 3 years old after she had given me a perm. She took me to see Santa each Christmas. Our families spent some really fun times together at the Jersey Shore. Although I did not see much of her after she, Uncle Paul and Ken left California, I have these cherished memories of her love and kindness.
I offer my condolences to Ken, Jo Ann and their family. It is so difficult when our parents die, but I hope that memories of good times spent with her and a belief that she is at peace will sustain us.
