EMSINS, Elmars - Passed away peacefully at the Scarborough Grace Hospital on October 2, 2012 at the age of 84. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 47 years Velta, daughter Sandra and son-in-law Brian. Member of the Local 27 Carpenter's Union for 52 years.
