Elvin Gardner Smith, of Fresno passed away on Thursday December 7, 2017 at the age of 85. Elvin was born September 14, 1932 in Eldorado, Kansas. He was a retired executive for Pacific Bell.
Elvin is survived by; son Kevin G. Smith; and daughter Cynthia Olsen; brother Don Smith and sister Katie Nomof. Elvin also leaves two grandchildren and one great-grandchild to cherish his memory.
A Graveside Service will be held at Belmont Memorial Park, on Monday, December 18, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Elvin's memory may be made to Humane Society of the United States, 1255 23rd Street, NW, Suite 450, Washington, D.C. 20037.

Elvin and his dear wife were two wonderful people, Kevin and I worked together for many years and I was around his parents often and folks like this are few! God rest his soul and my deepest condolences to Kevin and his sister and family.
