Emil was my manager, mentor and a great friend. He hired me at two different companies and we were close to working together at yet a third company before he became ill. Emil and I shared a construction trailer for our offices for about a year. I enjoyed working with him because he was so good at communicating and managing employees. He also kept things fun but always got excellent results out of his workforce. Emil was highly ethical and never took a short cut or dodged the tough decisions. I will miss him. I am so sorry for your loss Jacki. Heaven is a better place since Emil arrived there. We will all pray for you and the family as you go forward without him. Steve
