Eric Len Janousek was born March 6, 1951 in Chickasha, OK to Leon Frank Janousek & Betty June Thomas (Hillis). He passed away on Oct 16, 2013. Eric attended Rose State College. He retired after 30 years from Tinker Air Force Base. Eric proudly served his country in the Marine Corp in VietNam. He enjoyed golf, traveling, raising horses & volunteering at the Catholic Charities & food drives. Eric was a sports lover: watching football, especially the OU Sooners & Dallas Cowboys! His greatest achievements included Graduating from Rose State College with a degree in Journalism, mechanical engineering certification through Tinker and raising His family. His proudest moments in life were the births of his 2 children. Eric was a member of the Catholic Church. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Eric leaves behind his wife, Babe and their children, Lorie Johnston & Eric Janousek; brother, Leonard Janousek & sister, Theresa Janousek; 5 grandchildren, 9 nieces & 5 nephews and 17 great nieces & nephews.

Memorial services will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, Oct 23, 2013 in the Sunny Lane Funeral Home Chapel.
