Esther L. Wagle-Tucker passed away October 11, 2016 at Signature Healthcare in Terre Haute, Indiana. Esther was born on October 13, 1918 to Lona and Lawrence King in Vincennes, Indiana.
Esther is preceded in death by her husband, Harry Wagle, her parents, and 4 siblings.
Esther is survived by 4 daughters, Beverly Sisk, of Tennessee, Betty Jane Medsker, Nancy Catterlin, and Linda Lou Catterlin, all from Terre Haute, Indiana. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, several great and great- great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Esther was a woman of faith, who attended Mount Etna Church and Burnett Church.
A funeral service will be held in Esther's honor on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 10:30 am at Mattox-Wood Funeral Home. A committal service will take place at Highland Lawn Cemetery following the service. The family will be receiving friends on Friday, October 14, 2016 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Susan G. Komen Foundation, or a charity of your choice.
