I always said grandma was an angel sent down from God just to love and care for me , but now I see she made everyone feel that way . When I pat Benjamins back I will think of you , when I see a strawberry I will think of you ,when I make jello and fruit cocktail I will think of you . I could go on and on . Grandma you shaped my heart and enriched my soul and everything you instilled in me I will pass on to my boys . Always loved and never forgotten . Universal angel in the sky .

A hundred years from now it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove. ..but the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child. Author unknown.
This is my favorite quote and today as I reflect on the passing of Esther Meyer, I know that she has made a difference in my life and the lives of so many people. As an adult looking back Esther gave without want, she excepted without judgement. She opened her home and her heart to all . May we keep this amazing woman's spirit alive and maybe we too can make a difference. Thank you God for blessing us all with the life of your beloved, Esther Meyer.

Dear Esther you are one of many who was an intricate part of my life when I was "growing up", you fed me when times were hard and there were many of those. You scolded when I needed it and praised as well! You will be missed by many especially your family! Thank you sweet Esther for all you've done! God gained a sweet angel when you went home. I wish I could have spoken with you one more time before you went to Heaven! God Bless your soul.... Sweet, sweet Esther!

My Granny E on the cover of a magazine!! An amazing example of humility, strength, and patience. Teaching me how to crochet couldn't have been an easy undertaking but she did it! :) I am so glad she gets to be back with grandpa, and baby Austin and that she gets to be her strong independent self again!

Rest in peace Ester I will truly miss you. I also want to thank you for always feeding me when I came begging, and also making sure I had a lunch to bring to the boys club. You were the Ritz cracker queen in my eyes. You taught me the basic skill of crocheting, you were also a great Gin Rummy player. Love you Ester and I promise to not be a brat.
