Through the years she loved doing any kind of needlework, sewing, embroidering, latch hook, crocheting numerous afghans and embroidering many sets of tea towels for family and friends.

Esther loved to bake and serve goodies. Through the years she invited many friends over to share them with. Esther also volunteered at Kenton Manor for 12 years, calling bingo numbers and helping with their tea parties.

Esther loved her family, made many friends through her church, in neighborhoods she lived in and spent countless hours working on puzzles, playing cards and visiting with the friends she made at Bonell.

Esther is survived by her three daughters, Arlys (Kenneth) Debban, Sharon (Richard) Hoff, and Karon Kendrick, all of Greeley; seven grandchildren, Vincent, Kendra, Wendy, Dana, Jody, Hilary, and Alexa; eight great-grandchildren, Nicolas, Jillian, Cody, Bailey, Sydney, Ella, Jade, and Payton; brother Albert Kastens of Ludell, KS; sisters Joyce Domsch of Lenexa, KS, Anita Focke of Colby, KS, and Louise Rice of Denver, CO; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, an infant son and daughter, and four sisters.
