Eucivia Alvarado, 84, Kansas City, Missouri, died on March 12, 2013 at Northcare Hospice House. Visitation will be 6-7:30 p.m. (Rosary at 7:30) on Thursday at McGilley Midtown Chapel, 20 W. Linwood Blvd, Kansas City, Missouri. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 15th at Sacred Heart-Guadalupe Church, 2544 Madison, Kansas City, Missouri. Cremation to follow with inurnment at a later date in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
Eucivia was born on Oct. 29, 1928 in Marysville, Kansas to Frank and Santos (Lopez) Gonzales and was a lifelong resident of Kansas City. She was a member of Sacred Heart-Guadalupe Church and was a Guadalupana. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, five sisters, and two brothers. Eucivia is survived by her daughter, Rita Wagner (Ed), four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, sister, Isabel Troncoso; and countless nieces, nephews, family, and friends. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Sacred Heart-Guadalupe Church.
