Gene was a genuine Irishman and authentic American who was proud of his country and heritage. His Christian beliefs were valued and shown to his wife, children and grandchildren through his love, devotion and loyal sacrifice for his family. His infectious laughter, appreciation for life and smiling Irish eyes will be cherished and kept close in the hearts of all those who loved him.
The memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 3 at Northwest Bible Church, 8505 Douglas Avenue, Dallas, Texas at 10:00 a.m. At a later date, he will be buried at the Dallas National V.A. Cemetery.
