Evelyn Bessie Beckwith passed from this life February 19, 2011 at the age of 98. She was born April 18, 1912 in Sebastian, Texas to Walter R and Maude A Rolfe.
She was preceded in death by her husband James F Beckwith, her parents, 6 sisters and 1 brother.
Evelyn is survived by her son John Beckwith and his wife Linda of Millington, TN; two daughters, Evelyn Jeanne Woody and her husband Bob of North Glen, CO; Shirley Beckwith of Austin, TX; five grandchildren, Chrtistie M. Beckwith, Stacy M Beckwith, Franklin E Beckwith, Douglas S Woody and Nathan R Woody; and great-grandson Michael A Howard.
Visitation is from 10:00am to 2:00pm Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at Marrs-Jones Funeral Home in Smithville, Tx.
Funeral Service will begin at 2:00pm Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at Marrs-Jones Funeral Home in Smithville, Tx with burial following at Oak Hill Cemetery, Smithville, TX.
