Felis Bursiaga of Pasadena passed away May 19, 2013 at the age of 63. He was born in Gonzales July 29, 1949 to the late Leonor Vargas Bursiaga and Isaac Bursiaga.
He is survived by his sons, Isaac Burciaga II and wife Julie, Mark Anthony Burciaga and wife April, and Christopher Burciaga and wife Dafney; four sisters, Dora Bursiaga, Josie Valdez, Gloria Ibarra, and Rosa Hernandez; two brothers, Felipe Bursiaga, and Johnny Bursiaga; six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Isaac and Lenor Bursiaga; two sisters, Alejandra Reyes and Julia Reyes; one brother, Eddie Bursiaga.
A Celebration of Life will take place Saturday, June 1, 2013 at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Flatonia with Father Paul Raaz officiating. Burial will follow in the Waelder Community Cemetery in Waelder.
