Florence Lois Davison White, born March 20, 1924, passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2016. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 25, 2016 at Ridout's Prattville Chapel, followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 11:00. Burial will follow in Prattville Memory Gardens. Florence was the fourth of six children born to Andrew and Mary Davison. Florence was born in Spanish Fort Alabama, grew up and finished High School at Fairhope, Alabama in May of 1941. Florence attended college at the University of West Alabama, graduating in 1949. Florence taught school for 42 years. She retired in June 1986. Aubret and Florence were wed on June 3, 1946. They are the parents of three children, Myra Sellers of Herrin, Illinois, Marsha White-Johnson of Panama City Beach, Florida, Craig White of Prattville, Alabama. Florence has one living sister, Pearl Meszaros of Elberta, Alabama. Florence was preceded in death by husband, Aubret H. White, her parents, Andrew and Mary Davison; three brothers , Hannis, Jesse and Clarence Davison; and a sister, Lucille Schroeder. Arrangements under the direction of Ridout's-Brown-Service Prattville Chapel, Prattville, AL.
