Frances M. Barlow, 82 of Dunnellon, Florida died on Sunday, May 13, 2012. She was born in Graettinger, Iowa on Saturday, September 14, 1929 to Martin and Florence (Myer) Simonsen. Frances was of the Lutheran faith, a retired school teacher, enjoyed bowling and bowled in the USBC Women's Chapionship for 30 years, was the past president of the Citrus County Women's Bowling Association and enjoyed traveling. She moved to this area on October 1, 1990 from Pleasanthill, Iowa.
Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Merrill M. Barlow, II of Dunnellon, Florida; brother, Dean Simonsen and wife Carol of Emmetsburg, Iowa and sister, Phyllis Schroder of Emmetsburg, Iowa and numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
Inurnment, Thursday, May 24, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Fero Memorial Gardens.
