Frances Parks Neuburger
LEXINGTON – Frances Parks Neuburger, 95, peacefully passed away on Monday, October 22, 2012. Born in Red Wing, Minnesota, she was the daughter of the late Franklyn B. Kelly and Florette M. Igo.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 26, 2012 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church with a private burial to follow. A Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. with visitation to follow Thursday, October 25, 2012 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel.
Mrs. Neuburger is survived by her two sons, Bradford C. Parks (Robin) of Florence, OR and Coleman T. Parks (Barbara) of Lexington, SC, grandchildren Lindsey, Cole, Alex, Justin, Michael Parks and Jessica Bultman and great-grandchild, Jack Parks.
