I, along with the rest of the Weiden family, send condolences to Frank Jr. and the entire Bella family on the passing of Frank Sr. I have fond memories of working a couple of summers when the business was in New Hyde Park, working with my Dad Joe, Freddie, Howie, Murray, Vic and the rest of the crew - Mr. Bella always called me "The Kid". I learned what a "Nauga" was, and that rolls of its hide (Naugahyde) were quite heavy! I know that my Dad always enjoyed working for Bella & Company.
With deepest sympathy and warmest regards,
Bob Weiden

Hello to all! I am sorry I am not able to get there and be with you because I can not make the trip. Do you remember when I convinced everyone I was dating Vanna Whyte, but Frank knew better that I wasn't above bored on it because she would never date me, and he made me tell the truth. He could always tell when I was telling a fib even when others did not. I know he was smarter then me, but he never told me so. Then remember when I cracked up the Chevy and Frank helped me out and gave me the money to get it fixed before my dad found out by telling him he was using the Chevy! What a gas! Thanks Frank for baleing me out then. I will meet you again some day in heaven, so keep a seat warm for me.

I was deeply saddened to read this news, and my condolence to the entire Bella family. Mr. Bella was a good friend and I remember him from the old days. I see he since has gotten quite a family, so please share this with all the Bella kids and grandkids.

Nice fella. Never had a bad word to say about anyone. He always was there with a smile and never failed to help a friend in need. He had a nice family who is always there to support him and the children. He was a proud father and grandfather and we will all miss him.
