I don't personally know Mr. Acosta. I do work with Carlos though. I know what a wonderful man Mr. Acosta was by hearing Carlos speak about his Uncle and all his family. God blessed this family with the love and bonds you have displayed. Thank you Mr. Acosta for your service. My sincere Condolences to you all.

Our condolences to Olga and her family. I lived next door to Kiko from '44 to '51. He was overseas when we moved there, but got to know him well after the war. He got along well with all the kids.

My dad constantly spoke of his big brother over the last two years. My father shared how Tio Kiko taught him to box giving him a one punch knock out hook, taught him hand ball and the skills in sports my father excelled in were skills he learned from his big brother Kiko. Smiles. Sadly he is extremely ill as I am. I guess all of us are there now. Tio Kiko looked so handsome in uniform. Good looks ran in your family as well as intelligence. I have only one photo of your family that I treasure. I was surprised he served with distinction under Admiral Halsy. I never knew that. I send my deepest condolences and love primos and primas. Accept my apologies on behalf of my father and myself in our absence. I shall always treasure the impact your family left in my heart as we grew up. I never had a big brother. To this day I recall when Hammett was closed down for the freeway. Distance snuck in. Love Pilito
