The family is forever grateful for the care of the medical staff and nurses at M. D. Anderson in Houston, Texas and the nurses at The Bruno Cancer Center at St. Vincent's Hospital, as well as the love, prayers and support of our friends and neighbors during the last year and a half.
There will be a graveside service for the family in Lakeland, Florida, on Thursday, September 5, 2013, and a memorial service in Birmingham, Alabama, at Ridout's Valley Chapel, on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 4:30pm. As in usual Frank fashion, business casual attire is requested.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Flatwater Foundation at www.flatwaterfoundation.org or www.treyhardee.com/page/golf-tournament.
