To the England Family, I just found out a couple of weeks ago about Franks passing. I loved working with him in Corrections. Anyone who knew Frank called him "Frog" because he was always jumping around. Oh, and Frank, I'm the one who put the cut up onion in your squad car under the back seat. One would have thought you'd find it in a week, but oh well. :o) Capt. Mike Cram, ret

All family -- I'm sorry to hear about this loss. Frank tried keeping Jordan and I in line throughout our teenage years, and in that attempt there was never a dull moment or story. I truly have never laughed more than during those years giving Frank a hard time and him giving it right back. He is missed.
