Special thanks to CCAC, VON, Bayshore, OutReach Program (St. Joseph's Hospice), nurses, doctors and the many Personal Support Workers. Wujek Franek, Our hearts are saddened by your passing. The only thing that has made me smile the last few days is the thought of Stefani running into your loving arms and showing you around heaven..."this is my grandpa". Until we meet again...love always.
