Obituary

Frank J. Libera, 81, of Solvay, passed away Saturday July 6, 2013 at St. Joseph's Hospital. He was born in Syracuse to the late Virginio and Theresa (Rudari) Libera and was a graduate of Solvay High School. Frank was a US Army Veteran of the Korean War. He worked at Carrier Corporation for 5 years before venturing out on his own founding Syracuse Metal Mechanics, manufacturing plastic molds for companies for over 25 years. His memberships included the Tyrol Club of Solvay, Stanley B. Pennock VFW Post 2893, Camillus Gun Club and he was a lifelong communicant of St. Cecilia Church. He is survived by many cousins in Syracuse, Pennsylvania...
Frank J. Libera, 81, of Solvay, passed away Saturday July 6, 2013 at St. Joseph's Hospital. He is survived by many cousins in Syracuse, Pennsylvania and Italy.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 8:45 am in BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME, and 9:30 am in St. Cecilia Church, where a Funeral Mass will be celebrated. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery, Syracuse.
Calling hours are Thursday from 4 to 7 pm at BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME, 2601 Milton Ave.
