It has been decades since I last saw him, but Mr. Strong left a deep and lasting impression. I recall his generosity and his special brand of humor. The summers I spent with the Strong family were full of warmth and adventure. Mr. Strong was always a fine example of how to be a great dad and loving husband.

My best wishes and condolences.

Mike

Oh, Grandpa. The world is poorer without you in it. But know that despite that, your family is Strong, because of all that you have done for us. All the love you've shared. All the strength you've provided. All the stories you've told us.
Selfishly, I wish you were here with us still. But, I understand that this isn't possible. So I will cherish all that you gave us; gave me. And love you to the ends of the earth.

Rest peacefully.
