Fred George Pruter III age 61, passed away peacefully on May 26, 2013 in Willis, Texas. He was born on June 1, 1951 in Tyler, Texas, to parents Fred Pruter Jr. and Dorris Louise "Dottie" Pruter. At a very young age he moved to Houston, Texas, and attended Kinkaid School and later graduated from The Memorial Hall school in 1975. He later attended Blinn Jr. College in Brenham, Texas where he studied business. While in college he met his future wife Debra in 1977. They got married on June 3, 2000. Fred George Pruter III age 61, passed away peacefully on May 26, 2013 in Willis, Texas. He was born on June 1, 1951 in Tyler, Texas, to parents Fred Pruter Jr. and Dorris Louise "Dottie" Pruter. At a very young age he moved to Houston, Texas, and attended Kinkaid School and later graduated from The Memorial Hall school in 1975. He later attended Blinn Jr. College in Brenham, Texas where he studied business. While in college he met his future wife Debra in 1977. They got married on June 3, 2000. Fred worked twenty-five years for Minute Maid / Coca Cola Corporation until retirement in 2001. During retirement he was a dedicated member of the Woodland Hills Church of Christ in Conroe, Texas. Fred led a very challenged life and handled it with true dignity, always maintaining a positive attitude based in faith.

Fred is preceded in death by his Grandparents George A. DeMontrond Sr.,his wife Dorris "DeDe" DeMontrond , and his mother "Dottie" Pruter; He is survived by his loving wife Debra Pruter and step daughters Juanita Marie Springmeyer and Shirlena Springmeyer and their families. He is also survived by his father Fred Pruter Jr. and wife Marilyn and his three sisters; Diane Pruter Graber ,husband Harvey and thier family, Lucie Pruter Chag , husband David and thier family and Doris "Dee" Pruter Patton , husband Frank and thier family . He loved his family deeply and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
