Lewis, Frederick William
Passed away on August 4, 2014 at the age of 67 at his home in Brampton. Fred will be lovingly remembered by his mother Marjorie; sister-in-law Kathy; Nephews Blair (Eva), Ryan, Jhansen, Stephen; nieces Emily, Grace; Aunt Kay and Uncle George, Aunt Joan and Uncle Ross; many cousins; extended family and friends. Fred is predeceased by his father Harold; brother Jim; and niece Shari. Private family service to be held. Cremation has occurred. Please leave a message of condolence for Fred's family at www.andrewscommunityfuneralcentre.com. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Fred's name to the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), or the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation.
