Fred Flores Lerma, 61, or Waco, passed away Nov. 10, 2012. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012 at Connally Compton Funeral Directors, at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Roger Huff officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, Nov 13, at Connally Compton Funeral Directors from 6-8 p.m.
Fred was born June 23, 1951, in Beasley, TX to Frederico and Gabina (Flores) Lerma. Fred recently retired from AAFES after 15 years of service. He was a loyal husband, father, brother and friend. He was more than willing to help anyone in need with no hesitation. Fred thoroughly enjoyed reading Westerns, as well as watching them on television. Most of all, Fred enjoyed his family, whom will miss him dearly.
Fred is preceded in death by his parents; wife Debra Sue Lerma; sister Luz Maria Soleto; and brother Joe Lerma.
He is survived by his son Fred William Lee Lerma and wife Kaci, and their children Madisyn and Jackson; daughter Jessica Lerma and her children Roman, Sue'Riah, and Amero; sisters Lupe Zinz, Juanita Gonzalez, and Rosita Casarez; brothers Jesus, Richard, and Oscar and wife Eloisa; and numerous nieces and nephews.

I am so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. He was always so proud of you. I spoke to him only a few weeks ago and could hear the love in his voice when he spoke of his children and grandchildren.
