Obituary

Angrignon, Gail passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at the age of 70 after a courageous battle with cancer. Gail is survived by her loving husband, Gene; children, Mark (Nadia) Malensek, Sandy (Bob) McLaughlin, Grant (Anita) Malensek, Dale Angrignon, Chris (Denise) Angrignon, Shawn (Sheryl)Angrignon; 14 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild; brother Brian (Lynda) Greenwood; numerous nieces and nephews and her special little Bichon, Charlie. Angrignon, Gail passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at the age of 70 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Gail is survived by her loving husband, Gene; children, Mark (Nadia) Malensek, Sandy (Bob) McLaughlin, Grant (Anita) Malensek, Dale Angrignon, Chris (Denise) Angrignon, Shawn (Sheryl)Angrignon; 14 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild; brother Brian (Lynda) Greenwood; numerous nieces and nephews and her special little Bichon, Charlie.
Gail and Gene lived in Port Alberni from 1969 until 1980 when they moved down island to Saltair and then moved back to Port Alberni in 1990. They spent their time RVing and traveling, spending summers at the Qualicum Bay Avorado resort as well as winters being a snowbird in Arizona and Mexico. Family was important to Gail and Gene and they would travel to see family when they could.
A Celebration of Gail's Life will be held 1:00pm – 4:00pm, Saturday, December 4, 2010 at the Port Alberni Lawn Bowling Club, 4255 Wallace Street.
