Garey Sid Cox, 45 of Hazleton, formerly of East Stroudsburg, passed away suddenly early Sunday morning, February 2, 2014, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, Allentown.

Born in Mineola, NY, on January 27, 1969, a son of Gloria J. Booth and her husband John of Bushkill, PA.

Surviving in addition to his mother and stepfather, are daughters Marissa Cox of Cresco, and Adrielle Cox of Nanticoke; sister, Carol Torres and her husband Ildefondso Jr. of East Stroudsburg; brothers, John Booth of Hazleton, and Edward Booth and his wife Nicole of East Stroudsburg, and several nieces and nephews

Funeral services will be held on Friday February 6, 2014 at 6:00 P.M. in the Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home, Inc. 27 Washington Street, East Stroudsburg, PA Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.

A public visitation will be held on Friday February 6, 2014 from 4:00 P.M. until the time of the service.
