Garnet E. Sprague
Lansing
Born on January 23, 1923 in Lansing, Michigan to Harry and Gladys (Harrison) Fuller, passed away March 31, 2015 at the age of 92. Garnet retired from Auto Air Industries as a plastics laminator. She coordinated movie nights, was a great card player, loved bus tours and bingo, and enjoyed sewing. She helped make hand puppets for several years for the children in the pre-op ward of McLaren Greater Lansing and a lead a women's group in water exercises at the Oak Park YMCA.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister. Surviving is one daughter, Christine (Terry) Knippa; son, Ronald Sprague; three grandchildren, Harrison Sprague and Josh and Erin Knippa; two great-grandchildren, Emily and Brooke and several nieces and nephews.
According to her wishes, no services will be held.
Those desiring may make contributions to the Habitat for Humanity, 1941 Benjamin Drive, Lansing, MI 48906 in memory of Garnet. The family is being served by Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, East Lansing.
