BOWERS, GARY - age 53 of Knoxville, passed away May 27, 2011. He was an Excavator and Iron Worker for Local 384. Preceded in death by parents, James and Roxie Bowers; brothers, Vernon James, Paul and Ronnie. Survived by sons, Luke Bozeman Bowers and Cory Wagner Bowers; brothers, Charles, Terry and Jerry Bowers; sister, Margaret Elizabeth; several nieces and nephews and special friend Sharon Smith. The family will receive friends 6-7 pm Tuesday at McCarty Evergreen Chapel with a memorial service to follow at 7 pm.
