Miller, Geneva, 86, of Waynesville, Ohio, born May 29, 1927 in Heiner, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at her residence. She is preceded in death by her husband Christopher Preston Miller; parents Alfred and Manerva (McIntosh) Miller; sisters Bonnie Fae Miller, Dorothy Jean Noble Miller and Ethel Miller Noble; brothers Lonnie Miller and Carl Miller; great niece Rebecca Moore; great nephew David Miller. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Joyce and Jeff Dunham of Blanchester, Ohio; grand daughter Carla M. and Jesse Asher; sister and brother-in-law Alice and Dennis Barhorst; brothers and sister-in-law Arthur and Alma Miller and Virgil Miller; sisters-in-law Myrtle Neace Miller and Adna Jones Miller; great grandchildren Dillon Asher, Jessica M. Asher, Matthew Asher, Vanessa Asher, Elijah Asher; great great grandson Logan Asher; special friends, the Susong Family, the Griffin family, and a special neighbor Dorothy Bordenwisch; a host of nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Bethany Baptist Church, a graduate of Breathitt County High School, she taught school in Breathitt County for 4 years before moving to Ohio. She retired from Kmart Corp. and Big Bear. Funeral services will be held 12 noon Friday, August 30, 2013 at the Tobias Funeral Home-Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd. Family will receive friends from 10-12 noon Friday at the funeral home. Brother Jim Wilson and Pastor Tom Chattin officiating. Additional visitation will be held at the Breathitt Funeral Home in Jackson, Kentucky from 10-12 noon Saturday, August 31, 2013. Funeral services will be 12 noon Saturday. Interment Flintridge Cemetery, Jackson, Kentucky. Contributions may be made to Community Care Hospice in Clinton County or to the American Cancer Society.
