Genna "Petie" Johnson, 72, of Pocola, died Tuesday, May 22, 2012 in a Springfield, MO hospital. She was a child care provider and a member of Friendship Baptist Fellowship Church in Rock Island.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Johnson; two daughters, Renay Rubottom of Jacksonville, FL and Jennifer Hobbs of Pocola; two sisters, Loetta Prescott of Alma and Sue Swink of Pocola and five grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 10:00 am Friday, May 25 at the Friendship Baptist Fellowship Church with burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Fort Smith under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home in Greenwood. Viewing will be 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Rodney Johnson, Kevin Johnson, Shane Johnson, Bert Wisdom, Jeremy Odom and Travis Saulsberry.
