George A. Macli, 93. Born January 17, 1924, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, September 8, 2017.
Preceded in death by his parents, a brother, sister, son, aunt, and uncle. Survived by his daughter and granddaughter.
George attended Lehman High School, served in the US Navy, and did cement work with his uncle. He worked for Cohen Oil, and worked as a security guard. George attended Perry Christian Church, and was a member of the Canton Hall of Fame Chorus.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Perry Christian Church, 139 Perry Dr. NW, Canton, with calling hours one hour before the service. Following cremation, he will be buried at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio. Arrangements under the direction of Karlo-Libby Funeral Home.

George was a good friend, and fellow Barbershop Singer. He will always be known, for his quiet demeanor and solid baritone voice. I know he will join the great chorus in heaven. God bless George Macli.
