George B. Archer of Highlands TX, age 80, passed away December 24th, 2012.
George Archer retired form Dupont after 38 years of service. He also serviced in the U.S. Army and is a Korean War Veteran. He was a loyal husband of 54 years, a wonderful father and grandfather (papaw).
He was preceded in death by his parents Homer and Susie Archer.
He is survived by his beloved wife Norma Archer; three children - Cherry Bird and husband Wayne, Terry Tillman, and Larry Archer; and grandchildren - Derek and Jason Bird, Mellissa Tillman and fiancé Jeff, Christy Fowler and husband Paul ; and great grandchildren - Abby and Connor Fowler and Katie Bird.
