George was born November 30, 1945 in Salt Lake City to Gail and Delora Bradley. He was the Oldest of the 3 Bradley Children, Rosanne and Leon.

George Married Arlene Winkler November 1, 1965 and they were blessed with two wonderful children Pam and Galen. They lived and laughed until her death January 15, 1982. He later found the second love of his life with Arlene Penttila, and they were married September 23, 2000. George loved traveling, dancing, and laughing with Arlene right up until the end.

George graduated from West High School and received an associates from Salt Lake Community college, but he also said he went to the school of hard knocks. George served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He worked for 33 years at Kennecott, and was actively involved as a Union Steward. Though he was an exceptionally hard worker, he took advantage of everyday and he lived life to the fullest. George was known for his laugh. More than known, he was famous for his laugh. It was contagious, and when you were with George, you were smiling, and laughing.

George Co-founded the Intermountain Country Dance Association (ICDA). The ICDA was a major part of George and Arlene's life. He loved dancing and competed nationally, placing in several dances. They cherished the time they had out on the dance floor, and the amazing people they got to spend time with.

George enjoyed traveling, fishing, and hunting. Most of all, he enjoyed being with friends and family, especially his two awesome granddaughters Lindsey and Bridgette.

George is survived by his wife Arlene, Daughter Pam (Bruce), Son Galen, and the joys of his life his awesome Granddaughters Lindsey and Bridgette. He is also survived by his Sister Rosanne (Louie) Nicol, many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and family.

George was preceded in death by his parents Gail M. Bradley April 26, 1976 and DeLora Bradley March 17, 2008, his wife Arlene Winkler Bradley January 15, 1982, and his brother Leon Dee Bradley November 13, 1966.

Services for George will be held Monday May 12th at 11:00 am at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park 3401 South Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84106. There will be a viewing Sunday May 11th from 6:00PM -8:00PM and Monday May 12th from 10:00AM – 11:00AM.
