Gerald F. Lubeski (Jerry) February 20-1933–July 1-2012 Jerry was born February 20, 1933 to Ira and Marcelle Lubeski in Detroit Michigan. He passed away peacefully at home on July 1, 2012 after a long battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife, Nellie Lubeski and nine children; Michael Lubeski (Yolanda), Kenneth Lubeski (Lisa), Lynda Boyd/Baker (Phil), Richard Lubeski (Michelle), Judy Clutter, Debra Gaudette (Keith), Richard Barnett, Darrell Barnett, and Gayla Jones. Jerry was born February 20, 1933 to Ira and Marcelle Lubeski in Detroit Michigan. He passed away peacefully at home on July 1, 2012 after a long battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife, Nellie Lubeski and nine children; Michael Lubeski (Yolanda), Kenneth Lubeski (Lisa), Lynda Boyd/Baker (Phil), Richard Lubeski (Michelle), Judy Clutter, Debra Gaudette (Keith), Richard Barnett, Darrell Barnett, and Gayla Jones. He had nineteen grandchildren and was anticipating the arrival of his eleventh great-grandchild. Jerry had three brothers; Thomas (Judy), George (Barbara), Kenneth (Helen) and his aunt, Frances Prough as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews. Jerry was preceded in death by his son Robert Lubeski and his parents Ira and Marcelle Lubeski.

Jerry served his country for 30 years in the US Navy. He retired November 1, 1982 from Naval Regional Medical Center, Pensacola. His Career took him many places including Viet Nam, Philippines. Japan, Okinawa, Hawaii, California, Washington, Illinois, Virginia and South Carolina. After retiring from the Navy, he worked in Civil Service in supply at NAS Pensacola for 14 years.

Jerry was a member of the Warrington Elks Lodge 2108, twenty-seven years.

He attended St. Mary's Catholic Church where was a member and had many friends.

Friends are welcome for visitation, Thursday, July 5, 2012 from 5 to 7:00 P.M. AT Oak Lawn Chapel, 619 New Warrington Road, Pensacola, Florida 32506. Funeral services will be at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 401 Van Pelt Lane, 10:00 A.M., Friday, July 6, 2012 with internment at Barrancas National Cemetery, NAS Pensacola.
