To the Zartman Family: Barney and Jocelyn and Children, my heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with you for your great loss. Your dad was one of the most generous and unselfish persons known to this side of heaven. Marianne, Michael, and Maggie, I am so sorry and offer you up in my prayers. To all of the brothers (of Barney) and sister Theresa, my prayers are extended to you for your loss and sadness. To all family and friends, God called this loving and kind man home to be with Him in time for celebrating the Resurrection. What comfort you have knowing he is with his Lord awaiting each of you to join him. May the fond memories and peace in knowing that he loved his family so deeply live on in each of you. Blessings, Konstance Bruner-Brooks (Jocelyn's mother).
