Happy Anniversary with Jesus in Heaven Aunt Trudy! I never got to meet you in person but I loved our correspondence & miss you. I loved your hats, too and I have become something of a hat lady myself. I look forward to seeing you in Heaven with our wonderful Lord and Savior. Hallelujah!

Honest to goodness I was just thinking about you Grandma Trudy. Thursday night I was going through my kitchen cupboards to find something I had put away for Ron's mom. There I found some of the pretty crochet top kitchen towels that you made and gave to me. It had me smiling thinking of you. Much love always

To know Ms.Trudy Was to love her. It did' t take long to know she loved the Lord and all her church family. When Bill & I Joined Pensacola Baptist Temple she wrote us the sweetest welcomeing note and I"ll never forget what it meant to us. She & Bill had this thing going where he picked on her and she always called him trouble maker and he loved it. God Bless until we see her again in Heaven. Bill & Fairy Redding

Miss Trudy, I know that you are dancing with the angels. Although I didn't get to be around you more, you were a blessing to us. I will always remember you for those hats and smile and uplifting praises about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. You will be missed.

She always lit up a room with her smile and beautiful hats. She was always gracious and ready to talk when spoken to. I was always treated like family every time I saw her. I will miss your laugh, warm smile and spunkiness. Now the heavens are warm with her love that shines down on us. Love you always Ms. Trudy

What a blessing it is that our family had Godly mothers, grandmothers and aunts. Aunt Trudy was one of them as well as my grandmother and Trudy's sister(Dolly) and my mother(Violet). I know that it was their prayers and Godly example why I have a relationship with Jesus today.

To Phyllis and Family - I had the pleasure to know my adopted Mom for a little over a year - she was such a blessing and an inspiration to all she met. I was so happy when she would let me help her - which was not very often - as she wanted to do everything herself. Her prayers have been answered and we who are Christians know we will someday be with her again - what a wonderful thought. My prayers are with the family that the Lord may give them peace and understanding.

Miss Trudy will truly be missed. I always looked forward to seeing her and her hats. I'm so glad she got her wish and now she is with "her jesus" looking forward to seeing her again one day. Until we meet again.

We will always remember Mrs. Trudy. She was an inspiration to so many people. Her love of the Lord was what made her so special to so many people. I will always remember her and Reagan "joshing" back and forth with each other with him telling her he was "lilly white" and her rebuking him. We loved her the moment we met her and still do. May God give her family the grace that they need at this time.

I remember when I was young and got sick with cold... my mom would kiss my forehead to check for fever...then make me hot milk with garlic...and it always made me feel better...I miss her.
