My name is Charles W. Sutton. I have been retired from the U.S. Navy (Dental Technician) for 19 years now. I was so fortunate to have met and worked with Doctor Romine when we were stationed @ NAS, Oceana.
He had/was the greatest personality I've met to this day. I often think about him. I always will. God Bless Your Soul Sir. I'll NEVER FORGET YOU! Charlie (That's how he addressed me)

I am so sorry for your loss. I did not know Dr. Romine, but he must have been a wonderful dad to have raised such an incredible Christian woman, Stephanie. Your family is in my prayers. May God Bless you and keep you close during this hard time.
