Gladys was born in Staples Texas at her family's farmhouse on September 8, 1926. In 1947, she met and married the love of her life. Oma is known for the greasy, juicy burgers at Comal Bowl. She loved her BINGO and many Coushatta gambling trips. She was also the biggest fan of Monday Night "Wrastling"! In addition to her love for making burgers she was a Grill Manager for MANY years at Freiheit 9-pin bowling alley. She also enjoyed her late night evenings with Aunt Juanita at VFW 8456 in Geronimo where she collected money at dances.
